Just getting started!

My hopes for this blog is to write about my journey into the culinary world. I have been pretty much obsessed with watching The Food Network, looking for the perfect recipes online, and pushing myself to try new things. I can't wait until I get confident enough in my cooking to start developing my own recipes. I would love to be able to go to culinary school or maybe even Pastry school. Our finances aren't in the best shape, so I'm going with the self taught path for now! I guess I'll have to wait and see what the future holds :)
